My Go To
First off, let me start by saying pain is an issue that I wake up to on a daily basis. I have always been looking for something I could do to reduce some of the inflammation I have where my skull meets my spine, along with lower spine pain. I started the bath rub using just above warm water to ensure the bath would stay warm for a decent amount of time. I dropped the bath bomb in and waited about 30 seconds before getting in. Just watching the bomb in action as soon as it is placed in the water itself was pretty cool! After getting in the water and being in there for around 5-7 minutes, I could already feel it beginning to work. I actually noticed it in my ankles at first. I rolled them around and could feel like reduction in pain. Then over the course of the next 10 minutes I could feel it slowly moving up my body. Working on my lower back muscles. As I lowered myself more into the tub it began to send my whole body in a muscle meltdown. By that I mean from my neck, to my finger tips, all the way down to the tip of my toes I felt complete relaxation. I closed my eyes for the next 10 minutes and absorbed the amazing feeling that I felt. When drying off I stood there relaxed with a smile on my face. At that point in time it had been a very long time since my aches went away. That night I got some of the best sleep I was able to get in a very long time. Along with waking up with my body loose and feeling like I had spent the past day at a spa! The 25 mg is going to be my go to.
